What Sony’s internet TV deal with Viacom means for your living room

Even if all the agreements come together, the average viewer may not find internet TV much of an improvement over the cable and satellite version. What cord cutters (and Sen. John McCain) are waiting for is an unbundled cable service that lets them purchase individual channels a la carte.
