The series will explore the history of organized crime and municipal corruption in Providence, RI. The podcast’s hosts Marc Smerling and Zac Stuart-Pontier will write the script. The pair previously created the acclaimed HBO true crime documentary miniseries “The Jinx.” Ted Melfi, the director of Oscar-nominated film “Hidden Figures,” will direct and executive produce.
