Report: Ballmer Rejects $60M TV Deal

Television money in the NBA is at an all-time high, but that isn't stopping L.A. Clippers owner Steve Ballmer from reportedly turning down a lot of local broadcast money to explore building an online service to broadcast his team's games. [...] A team-specific streaming service would be a new concept. The NBA does offer single-team packages through the NBA League Pass service as well as a full-season package that includes all 30 teams. Major League Baseball offers a similar package through its website. - Adam Wells, Bleacher Report [via/web:http://streaming-tv.us]
