Amazon is working on Prime music streaming, and low-balling music labels to do it

Amazon chief financial officer Tom Szkutak said at the end of last month that the Web company is likely to increase Prime’s annual subscription fee by up to $40 because of the rising price of fuel and other shipping costs. On March 13, it officially raised prices by $20, to $99 a year. Student prices raised to $49. - Jeffrey Van Camp, Digitaltrends.com
