We find it hard to believe Netflix’s subscriber base will be larger than 66% of future addressable market of 65 million households. This 66% penetration estimate is more than twice HBO’s penetration of its addressable market (which is less than 30%), and slightly higher than the portion of consumers that attribute (any!) positive value to most existing pay-TV channels. - Carlos Kirjner, Bernstein Research
