CSA to rule on web TV dispute

International Stream France Télévisions has accused Play Media, of broadcasting the channels France 2, France 3, France 4, France 5 and France O without an agreement and siphoning off commercial revenues from the group. Play Media has grown into an increasingly accounting for 30% of the live internet TV market and claiming 2.5 million visitors a month. - Chris Dziadul
